Bastien takes a back seat in this issue as we follow Celine the Bayou Queen into the Court of the Swamp. Delphine has been stirring things up and Celine has had about enough of the Hag but the "Old Laws" must be upheld and Celine can't afford to risk her position by letting her anger get the best of her.
