WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We don't offer a return policy in the normal sense, due to the types of products we produce. That being said, if your product is damaged in shipping we will replace it. You won't have to wait a lengthy process through the courier. Pictures of the damage and we'll have the product out in a couple of days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
YES! We are aware that shipping outside the US is really expensive, but we leave that decision up to you to make. If you want our books, we'll ship them to you.
HOW ARE YOUR BOOKS PRINTED?
This is an excellent example of what sets Ethereal Comics apart. We print all of our books on 80lb gloss paper with 80lb stock gloss covers. This makes the books sturdier as well as feel better in your hands. At heart, the entire team at Ethereal are comic fans, and we like to read. We want a product that you, as a reader, would feel comfortable with.
Ethereal publications are also full color with a minimum of 24 pages, with the exceptions of the eight page previews.
